- Clinic Hours: The clinic operates from 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM.. After-hours services are available for emergencies.

- Vaccination Requirements: All pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations before undergoing any non-emergency treatment.
- Preventive Care: Owners are encouraged to schedule routine check-ups to maintain their pet’s health.
- Parasite Control: Pets showing signs of fleas, ticks, or worms must undergo immediate treatment to ensure the safety of other animals.
